Yes. You can schedule a call with me anytime by clicking or tapping the "SCHEDULE A CALL" button in the site navigation menu. Just select any date and time that is available, and a confirmation and Zoom meeting link will be generated and sent to you via email.

It's a fairly straight ahead process that looks a lot like this:

After we have agreed to work together on your project, you will send me your final script including what you are looking for in terms of creative direction. I will then record the script, edit it, and send it to you in whatever format you request. It's then up to you to approve the recording or to ask for retakes or revisions. After final approval, I will send you the invoice for my work. Of course, depending on the specific situation, there may be a few other steps or details to work out. One thing I can promise... I will always try to keep things as simple as possible.

Many projects can be recorded and sent to you within one business day. However, that depends on the length and scope of the project. Very long scripts would obviously take longer to complete. If the file is very small, I can usually send it to you via email. For files that are too big to send via email, or for projects that involve multiple files, I will generally use a large file transfer service such as We Transfer.

You most certainly can! You can fill out my contact form where you can upload a script, or you can send it via email to tom@tomconklinvoice.com - but please remember to tell me about the script and provide some performance direction. Any usage information that you can provide will be a big help as well.

My rates are based on standard, professional, non-union GVAA rates. You can find out more about my rates, HERE. However, there are a number of factors that contribute to the price I quote for your project, including its usage - Where will the recording be used? How long will it be used? What is the medium in which it will be used? For broadcast: Is it local, regional, national, etc. I'll give you a custom quote based on all of those factors.

Yes I do. If you are a professional studio, I can do a session via Source-Connect Standard. Otherwise, I can offer directed sessions via Zoom or other meeting platforms such as Skype or Google Meet.

The live session is included in the quote that you receive from me for your project.
